What a wonderful experience we had Friday night. Scott, you made us so very comfortable and at ease – it was such fun getting to know you – I feel like I’ve known you for years. Ruth, Katherine, Mary & I compared notes Saturday – My favorite was the stuffed shrimp – oh but the carmelized pistachios – no the sea bass – it was an awesome dinner – thank you! We are planning a dinner party at home for October – Whee!

Thanks to you – so much was accomplished on Friday. Mike & Cheryl, as well as myself, are so very pleased with the choices made. Everyone we came in contact with could not have been any nicer & were so easy to deal with. As you can tell we love folks with a sense of humor.

You should meet Judy …, President & founder of …. – she often does small and large events. After Friday, I feel like you and Scott are old friends.

The Parados was the most perfect setting & after seeing everything in place it surely was a beautiful sight to behold. Scott’s ears should have been burning as we received many, many wonderful compliments on the food and appetizers. The dinner was fantastic and so beautifully presented. Just elegant. As you know, Rachel, Don and I are so pleased with what you have accomplished for us & so enjoyed every person you put us in contact with. They were the best – true professionals from start to finish. James Levin and Michael Ramos are a trip. What a fun time we had with them. I am relieved that the pressure is off but I will truly miss talking & seeing each & every one of you.

Every aspect was beautiful and elegant – the food was exceptional and the service of your staff was unequalled. (We have had countless compliments about the catering firm from our guests.)
